PERFORMANCE OPTIONS
Solo Cello
Solo Cello is a performance by a cellist alone and is usually a performance of traditional classical repertoire. This type of performance creates an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance, appropriate for an intimate audience of up to 50 people. Solo performances alone require the highest level of skill from a musician and is charged accordingly. Special requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Some requests may incur additional fees.
Solo Cello w/Backing
Solo Cello w/Backing is a performance by a cellist alone with pre-recorded piano tracks, and can include traditional classical repertoire and/or contemporary music styles. This type of performance provides a wider range of repertoire options, with the ability to tailor a set-list specifically to the desired atmosphere of your unique event. Solo Cello w/Backing requires the most equipment and skills with technology and is charged accordingly. A wider variety of special requests are available w/Backing performances. Solo Cello w/Backing is available in the “Bridgerton” Package.
Violin & Cello Duo
Violin & Cello Duo is a violinist and cellist performing together and can include traditional classical repertoire and/or contemporary music styles. This combination of instruments provides both classical and contemporary repertoire options, with all special requests considered. Some requests may incur additional fees. Violin & Cello Duo is available in the “Bridgerton” Package.
“BRIDGERTON” Package
“BRIDGERTON” Package is your choice of Solo Cello w/Backing or Violin & Cello Duo, performing popular music on strings in the style of the TV show Bridgerton. This package includes an extensive repertoire list of popular and classic hits, as well as your choice of repertoire! The “Bridgerton” Package is our most popular performance package and is a crowd favourite for guests young and young at heart.

Performance pricing
Prices below are for background music only. If you require a performance for an attentive audience, please be in contact for a quote.
Minimum booking time is one hour, not including travel time. Travel of more than 45 minutes from the Brisbane CBD will occur additional charges. Fees begin at the first note of the performance and end at the last note of the performance. The time when musicians are not performing (e.g. breaks, during speeches, moments of silence etc.) cannot be discounted from the fee as this time cannot be “sold on” by our performers. However, set up and pack down time is included free of charge.
GST is not included in fees as performances are not registered for, or required to charge GST.
A $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure performances, payable at the time of booking. This fee is deducted from the total of the performance fee, payable by the date of the performance.
All musicians performing with Evalyn Legried are valued for their expertise and experience as world-class professional performers. All performers are paid at, or above award entitlements to reflect the quality of their work and to ensure the best performers in the business are retained for your event. If you receive a quote that is priced significantly less than the pricing below, please be aware that the musicians may not be paid fairly and could result in a subpar performance.
